The Project Brief
Our Approach
CSC collaborated with Runnymede to:
Establish how best to secure sustainable and fresh income streams for strategic and individual project work, including identifying new strong match with Trusts and Foundations;
Conduct an organisational strengths review (OSR) exercise to maximise income generations;
Research and evaluate peer charities/think tanks/organisation’s income generations and fundraising strategies; and
Produce a report detailing all findings, including recommendations to underpin strategic direction.
After experiencing significant increases in unrestricted income (largely attributed to spontaneous giving from individuals in response to the Black Lives Matter movement), Runnymede is looking to explore strategies for sustaining and enhancing effective income generation operations.
Runnymede has commissioned us to support the development of their strategic direction for income generation and internal fundraising.
Impact
Through this process, Runnymede will diversify and maximise their income generations and achieve greater sustainability. Ultimately, by refining their strategic direction and developing a robust fundraising strategy, Runnymede will enhance its impact and mission.
