Natasha is an experienced project manager with particular expertise in designing community research, engagement and facilitation, as well as data analysis. She has a strong track record developing recommendations for enhancing and expanding work. Natasha founded CSC because she is committed to supporting civil society to fulfil its role contributing to a healthier and more cohesive UK.

Francesca Godfrey
FOUNDER DIRECTOR
Francesca is an evaluation expert and community researcher with a track record of working with large social sector organisations, as well as mentoring minority-led organisations to demonstrate their impact through research design (through Steps to Sustainability)

Mark Ereira-Guyer
FOUNDER DIRECTOR
Mark has over 40 years experience working with voluntary, faith, social enterprise, and community sector leaders. He has extensive knowledge and experience in governance, funding, and monitoring and evaluation. Mark founded Civil Society Consulting’s precursor - Big Society Funding CIC in 2011.

Sadia Akram
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Based in Manchester, Sadia is an expert in interfaith, conflict resolution and difficult dialogue. Alongside her role at CSC, Sadia is Programme Director at the Forum for Discussion of Israel and Palestine (FODIP) promoting positive dialogue with and between Muslims, Christians and Jews on the Palestine and Israel situation.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Munashe supports our Kinder Communities: Steps to Sustainability (S2S) programme. Through her work, Munashe has developed critical skills in partnership-building, project management, and evaluation.

Geena Patel
COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT
With over ten years’ experience, Geena has worked with charities to meet their communications objectives. She is adept in project coordination and masters campaign and digital communications, using evidence to create strategic and effective communication plans, in order to engage stakeholders to buy into new strategies.

Dewan Choudhury
ASSOCIATE (Steps to Togetherness)
Dewan is helping to deliver the 32 Steps to Togetherness project in the Midlands & Northern England. He has worked in a range of settings including leading projects with Deaf Rhinos & Inter-faith forums. Dewan's mantra is: “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.”

COMMUNICATIONS & PROJECT SUPPORT
Mireia is supporting the Steps to Togetherness programme. With a background in anthropology and international studies, Mireia is equipped with key interpersonal skills and communications, with extensive experience in copywriting, social media and website management.

Helen Jones is an experienced leader and mentor with lived, learned and practised insight into movement building, organisational development and sustainability based on two decades in civil society convening and strategic leadership. Helen focusses on inclusion and innovation alongside practical tools and frameworks for social enterprises and community organisations.

Rebecca is our Gender focal point. She ensures gender is mainstreamed into our work and builds the team’s capacity to incorporate gender into our approach, processes and content. Rebecca supports on commissions with coordination, data collection and analysis.

Togetherness Advocates are working pro-bono to bring 32 Steps to Togetherness to their different fields and geographies, running events and initiatives that they believe to be the most impactful and valuable.
