Natasha is an experienced project manager with a thorough understanding of social impact, community research and the needs of the sector. Natasha co-founded CSC when it relaunched in 2020, because she is committed to sustainable social development, and is passionate about applying her advanced understanding of human behaviour and cognition gained from her two degrees at UCL to strengthening civil society. She brings with her four years of international UN experience, and a background in Communications and strategy development.

Natasha also has parliamentary experience and has worked in peacebuilding at the Centre for Sustainable Peace, where she monitored and analysed social cohesion in terms of psychosocial characteristics and citizenship styles that drive conflict.
