Because we are passionate, we are ambitious: we are self-starters and we always go extra mile to achieve high standards. Our work is often described as academically rigorous, yet action- and people-oriented.

Whilst ambitious in what we can achieve, we are also realistic, honest, and fair. We strive to be vehemently anti-racist - we do not reinforce the status quo, and keep an open mind as to how great things can be achieved. As professionals, we are appropriate (impartial, confidential and sensitive).

As a values-led non-profit, we’re here to build relationships and work towards common goals, not to make money. We are not transactional. Instead, we look for synergies and we treat everyone we interact with with respect, warmth and tune in to them as a person.

Our multidisciplinary team adapt to any situation and leverage different strengths to get things done. Whilst multidisciplinary and diverse, our team is cohesive, flexible, and open-minded.

We are fundamentally team players. We see other people/organisations working towards the same goals as collaborators not competitors. We are open to sharing knowledge, ideas and partnering as much as possible (though we don’t always have as much capacity for PR as we would like!)
