Testimonial from the European Network on Religion and Belief (ENORB)

“CSC worked with us to redesign, update and restructure our website to strengthen the network’s engagement and increase membership. We were looking for a consultant that has extensive knowledge and experience in website design and communications, whilst also being able to grasp what we do quickly (someone that understood the sector, and the operational realities of our lean but influential organisation). CSC delivered on all these priorities. And more!

First, CSC worked diligently with us to agree on the purpose and main features that we wanted to showcase. Rebecca is so technologically savvy, but that at the same time she and the team understood what we needed from a website - our priority was something we can manage effectively, which empowered our comms team to make updates and change content easily as our strategy changed. CSC helped us to see that we could have a user-friendly platform that is easy to manage from the back-end, at low cost. Some of our Comms colleagues were not confident about managing a website but CSC helped us to bring these skills in house - turns out we didn’t need to spend a huge slice of our budget to outsource to expensive web services. And the CSC team took it upon themselves to train ENORB’s colleagues on how to use the new platform, allowing an easy transfer following the project completion.

Although we weren’t in a position to review the content of our website extensively, CSC worked creatively to restructure it. We created new, impressive features to increase engagement (i.e. newsletter sign ups, donations, jobs listings, direct contact details) and co-developed a colour scheme to create a recognisable brand. We are thrilled with our new website, which we are now proud to promote through all of our social media outlets.

I really enjoyed working with Rebecca from CSC! She was very professional and involved me in all stages of the web refresh. I would definitely recommend her for her knowledge and courtesy.”
