“We were looking for a consultancy to work alongside our Racial Justice Engagement Officer, wider team, and collaborating organisations. We were looking to understand the current landscape for racial justice organisations in the LGBT+ sector and to identify key themes, issues and concerns for those organisations. What mattered to us most was to have a consultancy which could run the project with minimal supervision, communicate effectively with a range of different people, and experience of the voluntary sector and working with marginalised communities.
