Natasha
Ereira-Guyer
Founder Director
Natasha is an experienced project manager with particular expertise in designing community research, analysis, and developing solutions and recommendations for enhancing and expanding work. Natasha relaunched CSC as a co-founder in 2020, because she is committed to supporting civil society to fulfil its role contributing to social development in the UK. Natasha is passionate about applying her advanced understanding of human behaviour and cognition gained from her two degrees at UCL (BASc and MSc) to leverage social impact.
As well as her interdisciplinary background, Natasha brings with her four years of international development experience with the United Natons, and a professional grounding in Communications. She also has UK parliamentary experience and has worked in peacebuilding at the Centre for Sustainable Peace, where she monitored and analysed social solidarity in terms of psychosocial characteristics and citizenship styles that drive conflict.

Mark Ereira-Guyer
Founder Director
Mark has a long established track record of working with voluntary, faith, social enterprise, and community sector leaders. He has substantial local government experience in Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Islington, and Suffolk, where he served as a County Councillor, and on the LGA Community Wellbeing Board; and is an expert in sector governance, fundraising, evaluation, community engagement and review.
Mark is the original founder that founded Civil Society Consulting’s precursor (Big Society Funding) in 2011 in response to the then austerity and ‘big society’ agenda. Prior to this, Mark held senior positions with the Refugee Council, Lloyds Bank Foundation, and at the Home Office, along with consulting roles with Carers organisations, local charities and social enterprises across Europe and with many faith-based organisations He is currently part-time Director of European Network on Religion and Belief.

Francesca
Godfrey
Founder Director
Francesca is an evaluation expert and community researcher with a track record of working with large social sector organisations, as well as mentoring minority-led organisations to demonstrate their impact through research design (through Steps to Sustainability). She is passionate about using community engagement to understand structural inequalities faced by ethnic minority and migrant communities.
Francesca has an MSc in International Migration and Public Policy from London School of Economics (LSE). For her masters dissertation, Francesca analysed the shortcomings of government guidelines developed for ethnic minority grassroots organisations to deliver public health messaging during Covid-19, building upon her experience of project-managing Steps to Sustainability. Prior to co-founding Civil Society Consulting, Francesca had a successful career in television production.

Sadia Akram
Senior Associate
Based in Manchester, Sadia is an expert in interfaith, conflict resolution and difficult dialogue. Alongside her role at CSC, Sadia is Programme Director at the Forum for Discussion of Israel and Palestine (FODIP) promoting positive dialogue with and between Muslims, Christians and Jews on the Palestine and Israel situation.
Sadia has advanced theoretical knowledge and awareness of the nuances of the inter- and intra-faith context, including potential conflict drivers and issues surrounding identity. Her previous roles have included Senior Governance Manager for a flagship development in Trafford and Director and Practitioner for Good Relations Oldham.

Munashe Munyukwi
Kinder Communities Associate
Munashe is a Global Health and Social Justice advocate with over five years experience working in equitable community service developments, with a focus on public health, gender rights, and muti-ethnic communities in the UK. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Kingston University London and a Master's in Global Health and Social Justice from King's College London. Over the past five years, Munashe has advocated for equitable access and service developments in the National Health Service (NHS) and within national charities.
Alongside her role as Engagement Lead at Macmillan, Munashe is supporting our new Kinder Communities: Steps to Sustainability (S2S) programme. Through her work, Munashe has developed critical skills in partnership-building, project-management, monitoring, and evaluation. Above all, Munashe is passionate about achieving health equity by addressing inequalities within multi-ethnic communities through the empowerment and strengthening of support systems.

Rebecca provides valuable editorial support to our communications function, and supports on commissions with coordination, data collection and analysis.
Alongside her role at CSC, Rebecca is completing her MSc in Gender Studies at LSE. Thanks to this expertise, Rebecca is also our Gender focal point. She ensures gender is mainstreamed into our work and builds the team’s capacity to incorporate gender into our approach, processes and content. Her research interests include transnational sexual politics, the regulation of sexual and gendered practices, gender non-conforming identities, and gender-based violence. Rebecca also has a first-class history degree from UCL, where she focused on the history of sexual practises and political theory.

Mireia Rimbau
Communication and Projects Support Officer
Mireia has good knowledge of copywriting, social media and website management. She is a former student at the University of Barcelona, where she completed her Bachelor in Social and Cultural Anthropology, and she will soon start a master’s degree in International Affairs. She graduated into her current role thanks to her passion and skills for people-oriented research. She has worked on Indigenous people rights and self-determination and has been deeply involved in the defense of movement and human rights of migrants and asylum seekers.
At CSC, she is supporting the Kinder Communities: Steps to Sustainability programme. Through her work, Mireia is equipped with key interpersonal skills and design. Mireia is experienced in conducting community engagement and advocacy with sensitivity, recently carrying out community research in Raval, Barcelona. Alongside her role at CSC, she is part of the European Network on Religion and Belief, where she is focused on migration and religious diversity.
